Rather than simply comparing the average profit, turnover or other selected metric across all venues, we divide the results into three tiers – top 25%, middle 50% and low 25% – it’s a more useful way to measure and compare your performance. An average is also provided to show the midpoint for all venues.
Knowing exactly where your venue is positioned, whether it is in the top 25%, mid 50% or low 25%, puts your venue’s performance in context, and through analysis of a range of other metrics, highlights areas for improvement.
You can apply a range of filters to different metrics so you can drill down further to get more specific comparisons. For example, you can filter by venue type, region, or EGM range. Delve deeper than the high-level revenue numbers to explore labour costs, overheads, AEMP (advertising, entertainment, marketing and promotion) and other costs to see your revenue in context.
